I’ve recently used Corbin & Co when letting my two bedroom flat in the Bournemouth area. From the start their representative, Debbie Corbin, promoted the property widely on all possible web outlets as well as through their high street agency. I was kept regularly informed about progress on levels of interest as well as arranging accompanied viewings. The property was being marketed under particularly difficult market conditions and pricing the letting correctly was a key issue in securing a quality tenant as quickly as possible. For all landlords, paying a fee to an agent can always seem difficult, but it must be balanced against finding a suitable tenant quickly so that the property is let rather than empty and therefore earning money for its owner. Overall I’m happy to report that I'm happy with the level of service received during March and April 2009.
