The Lettings Process with Corbin & Co
Before You Move In
- Book a Viewing
We do not let properties without meeting potential tenants. During your viewing, you’ll meet one of our experienced team members, who can answer your questions and explain the next steps. - Register Your Interest
Let us know if you’d like to take the property. We’ll ask for details about your situation to share with the landlord for approval. - Holding Deposit
If the landlord is happy to proceed, we’ll request a holding deposit via our secure partner platform, LettsPay. - Referencing
Formal referencing is completed through our partner company, Let Alliance. You’ll receive an email link to complete the required information for checks. - Tenancy Agreement & Documents
The Let Alliance platform will issue all legal documents and enable you to view and sign your tenancy agreement electronically. - Final Payments
Once referencing is approved, you’ll receive a link to pay the balance of rent and deposit. - Moving In
We’ll liaise with you to confirm your move-in date and ensure the property is ready for your arrival.
After You Move In
Your support from Corbin & Co doesn’t end once you collect your keys — we’re here for you throughout your tenancy.
24-Hour Maintenance Reporting
We know that issues can arise at any time, so we provide 24-hour online access for reporting maintenance problems.
You can log a repair request quickly and easily using our online maintenance reporting system, available via our website. This ensures your issue is directed to the right contractor promptly, even outside of office hours.
